Scum weren't multitasking this game. So my condition to Ari and JV was that I'll pick my targets for who I gunsmith, they could decide amongst themselves who was doing the kill and who to kill (the scum chat was pretty dead in all honesty).

I think they were just legit afraid of you. My claim of motion detector was a hail mary because I had no idea if MC had moved or been targeted the entire game.

I almost killed Infinity last night, but I felt the MD would be more believable on Salsabil, and knowing I wasn't going to be able to play over the weekend, I didn't want to feel like I need to have to try and force an engine state with Salsabil and Titus in less than a day. I thought the Salsabil kill would cause enough of a head scratching component that would buy me some time to get through my family time lol.

I don't really see the use of the Ascetic role so that was essentially useless
JK was alright, but combined with an Alien they become conflicting claims.
Backup + Normal gunsmith being on opposite sides makes the setup swingy and also allows scum to have an extremely solid fake-claim if they claimed it prior to the backup.
Vigilante is fine.

yes, that was the point, but both had very different "plastyles" though

yes, that was the point episode II, although i disagree that the town gunsmith could've gotten many checks in really, apart from an extreme case of scum fucking up

Ascetic has nothing to do with Vigilante, so that's a lapse in judgement in believing it would hint at that imo. It's still swingy to have backup and base in different alignments, if the mafia died D1 town would be stacked.

Activated ascetic protects from everything but vigilante, whille commuter protects from everything, i belived that the fact that this wasn't a commuter was a decent enough hint as it's a way more simple / logical role to put

and if the mafia has their important role die D1, that seems normal to me that it goes not-so-great for the afterwards
