I think you and Penguin are very town. Skitter lean town, not as strong.
I don't have any sort of good grasp on the low-content pool but I very much think OMGUS is scum - his opening today sealed it. I could be sold on Klick, Puppy, Korg, Lion or TNK which is a lot but none of them are really doing anything aaaa

I feel that if we are to try and win this game, town should start to play and do something. I could buy that omgus is scum, but that's more because i don't have any reason to townread them rather than actually having a scumread. I don't want to vote that kind of target today, i want to lim something that matters, otherwise the jake lim would have served nothing.

Bad positions on that wagon imo are Klick, yours and Chillin based on how you have progressed to vote there. Problem is i kinda townread both you and chillin, which means i want to lim klick - but i also want him to talk and get a better grasp of his place in this gamestate. Town has talked too little to produce differentiations, everyone should give their reads right now otherwise we're only getting a worse version of day 1.

This is dumb. We weren't having another wagon happening with how slow they built during day 1 and there was less than 24 hours remaining, and eliminating Day 1 even on a miselim, is statistically better than no elimination.

It would have been bad play for me to allow a no elimination to happen.

I will answer this while also addressing my scumread of klick for @sircakez

I'll start saying that i am unsatisfied with yesterday's lim and i have spoken enough about it - i didn't find jake scummy, i only found him irksome (to others, i actually had no quarrel with him) and i disliked all the votes which were based on that premise. For instance, sircakez's 454 and 460, i didn't like that reasoning for voting jake and they didn't develop much - that's a bad position to me but i don't dislike sircakez overall, so eh. Chillin is slightly better because tonally they seem distant from the thread and ultimately voted jake (and puppy earlier) as a compromise but there's little attempt at actually solving.

Which now leads to Klick - after the random stage i don't see much in terms of solving, there's a lot of sheeping going on, which could be fine, but then his final stance is 764 which go entirely against me and skitter at the time (note that klick had sheeped us up to that point) and he tries to create reasons to justify his vote on jake (821 onwards where he and jake had some exchange that ended up being unfruitful), rather than reassessing and try analyzing other options since he was second on wagon and his towncore didn't agree with him. I don't know, to me that's not how town would process a vote against town, but i definitely want klick to elaborate his position and explain why he decided to vote jake when both me and skitter were saying no

Pooky's vote was of compliance and nothing else. We haven't talked too deeply about our reads, so I've mostly just been compromising and telling him how I feel about the game. Anything Pooky does in that regard is reflective of what I tell him and if he chooses to ignore it or not.

unwnd, I'm somewhat surprised you have no read on TNK by play? They feel polarising in a way that I'd expect you to get something there. I think they're town but I'd be curious to see you look into their slot more deeply

Tonally I think he's night and day compared to the last game we played together. They were effectively trolling a good amount of it as scum. Here? Feels way more tense and serious about everything. There isn't much to really look into because a lot of their content is made by response only. They don't really do anything outside of what is demanded and I think that is inherently scummy, but then I have to ask myself if Korina's emotional output is telling of a townie who is maybe a bit bored.

In regards to Klick both me and Pooks have a guttown read on them for earlier content. Sure, they're not really here right now and it's gotten a bit lacking, but who can blame him? I think that is what is frustrating me the most because you really cannot just will the game into a more readable state. You have to look at what you're given and then make a cautious choice. I don't know if I was clear in my last post but I would really like people to tell me how they feel about the monotony. If it's intentional or just a cause that goes beyond what could be discussed.

Like I said I'm confident you're town Fark with Skitts/PP close behind. I would love if we could all come together to reach some sort of decent conclusion but I don't know where Skitter went for one and two PP seems to be biding his time a bit more.
