Good things about limming titus:
1. We remove a controversial slot + controversial claim that doesn't have a place in elo
2. We gain two confirmed non-alien slots in case of a green flip. We could work with this
3. We learn from the d1 and d3 VCA

Bad things about limming titus:
A. I think she's more likely to flip town > third party >>> scum
B. Previous point 2 can be achieved later in the game so why do it now?
