I replaced out of it but I believe I had one game with IVD where he scummed it up pretty bad early as town

Pretty often scum will vote a buddy in RVS and then move their vote elsewhere when it’s time for serious voting. I think the real psychology of it has to do with the call to transition that the end of RVS brings. When RVS ends, people are expected to shift their votes, otherwise they risk ridicule. As such voting a partner before that point creates a negative flow of pressure on their buddy.

I think that all makes sense but I also just finished a game that dives into a lot of psychological nitty-gritty, so maybe it’s not as plain as I think. Lmk if something confuses you (general request)

Also I know it's already been said but I disagree on this being distancing. Seems to me to be RVS, though I did notice the same thing, that the votes came in somewhat quickly. I don't like any of the voters for VFP...
