newbies run fairly regularly - you can take a look at how many people are in the queue in the main thread. eyeballing it, it looks like you guys only need one or two more new players to start the next one

if you've never played mafia at all, it's probably best for you to take it easy at first and just play one newbie. if you're experienced at mafia but new to ms, you can probably play a newbie + a normal but that'll depend on how much time you have to dedicate to the games
