depends on the system but I’d think they’re both dex..? strength is usually like how much you can carry

sneaking and running are generally two different skills (but both based on dex). it’s somewhat likely that each character has a different value assigned to each type of skill which stacks with dex or whichever stat it’s keyed to. I’m not sure that that’s helpful.
