morph scum theory time: Cabd was trying to capitalize on the IC doing that in FGO, but i think the execution was fumbled because no one was forced to commit to those reads that made it into the spreadsheet and, at least for me, a lot of them were pretty out of date from earlygame reads that ended up changing or fading and weren't important enough to make it into the thread.

it was an Amount of effort but not enough.

They’ve lost their omgus gene which has been present in every game I’ve played with them.

This is a good observation, I felt something similar. When I voted them i noticed that they did something they never do, they froze. The kind of freeze sensation you catch from a wolf when you know you caught them with their pants down.

I'm guessing they felt they didn't have the authority to OMGUS me and they had already townread me without an explanation, their read on me was based on a feeling as far as I can recall.

It doesn't help that when I'm scum I spend 70% of my time in decision paralysis trying to keep track of everyone's reads and thinking that if I only knew all of them I could *somehow* navigate us to a perfect victory.

Is there anything in particular that you don't feel is typical for town-me? Because I feel like pretty much all of this has been, though of course you can't know that for sure.

i like SS. he's so pleasant. i feel like i'm sitting in a university class discussing the homework with him, and he takes good notes so he has a good idea of what's going on in the course but values my input, and we don't have to have any sort of relationship outside of the classroom because our relationship ends at one of pleasant circumstance.
