What do you think about the post where he was like "people are scumreading me because of meta" without offering a counterargument or even mentioning that it oddly doesn't apply this game

That post felt very scummy to me

like it's not great but i guess i feel like he would try more if scum here
or like be anxious about the fact a maassive wagon popped on him

Skitt when you get back I'd like to talk to you about gamma. I feel like his play here is a huge contrast to panic room and you should probably put some weight on my read on him.

how do u think it's different

the things that are botherin gme about him are:
- he's claiming he's townreading cakez and that's why he avoided that wagon but was avoiding answering me when i kept trying to get a clear answer for why he's townreading cakez
- i don't fully understand his kerset vote
- he has literally no reads and isn't doing anything

(note these are my own thoughts i still need to kinda sync with bork cuz i'm not sure if he's on the same page as me just now)

He's different in, like, every way? In panic room he was awkward and all over the place, here he's calm and treating the game like an intellectual exercise

You said his defense of cakez was like his defense of murder in panic room which again, I don't see the resemblance at all. In panic room there was way more desperation and the reasoning didn't justify the strength of the read, here he doesn't feel compelled to justify himself. Umlaut's reason for TRing gamma was related to this and was a very good one.

i don't really know if i see 'intellectual exercise' here, can you maybe pull a post?
i guess i don't really remember gamma in panic room so much, i have to go back to refresh

Your own reasoning is fine but mine slightly differs. I don't like what cakez is doing because it's awkward. I said pointless earlier and then his response to that was that he was making a joke. Jokes usually require a bit of knowledge or even a setup but there I think he was just excusing himself. His words come out only at the concern of others and even then I just don't really believe him.

I don't think she needs to out the tell for you to have an opinion on whether she believes she has a tell on cakes or not.

On this subject, I’m thinking Cakez is town because of how he reacted to the unspoken tell situation, I remember him in two prior cases involving such things, once as town and once as scum, and his reaction feels similar to but not exactly the same as his reaction as town in the prior situation.

At first I thought he was joking or pulling a reaction test, whichever. But the more I read the more it felt like he is serious, and the question now is to figure if it's an "innocent genuine" suspicion or if it's because we know each other well and he wants me out ASAP.

I feel like half of the posts I'm reading so far are heavily influenced by meta on the other players and it's making me feel left out.

Do you have any thoughts of your own?

Not too much I'd be willing to commit to but I'll try my best. Limit is the one person I think is just town. A lot of the other people I'm not getting a sense of who they are, rather what they claim. The decisive arguments I want to see instead turn into what seems like bickering mostly.

I think Limit trying to persuade others with their own experience with cakez is the most townie thing in the game so far. Their words really jumped out at me, and it didn't seem like they were just showboating. It was an attempt to understand but also generate reads, which is what I tend to look for.
