oh I'm dumb. I already asked about it earlier in the thread too I think. I get the power of the jaolkeeper mixed up cuz I think of the target being in a cell where nobody can get to them, but it only stops killers from getting them, not other powers. I always think a JK does what a Rolestopper does I think.
