Tbf I was in a normal game awhile ago where I was a gunsmith and FL was a 6x gunsmith but we were both town. And duplicate roles in a game aren't some new thing. I mean Elsa is scummy for other reasons but this "there can only be 1 neighbor izers" is out guessing the mod and theoretically not impossible so...

I don't think that really follows, unless Normals don't allow this in 2021. I don't know how warped the Normal meta has become, in terms of things being "too zany for a Normal."

How do you figure? I think Elsa is right that bloodthirstiness points toward town, all things being equal, because both teams are happy to sheep it, and there are more total scum to sheep. I don't follow how HEM would be "gaslit" in this situation, though.

I'd like to think it's redundant to have two town neighborizers (with different x-shots values no less), so if 1 flips town I'm going to want to eliminate the other post haste.

I'd say it's easier to form wagons and push through an elimination for that reason, but I wouldn't agree that that means its a bad sign. any single scumteam is much more vulnerable because they're playing 2/3 vs the rest instead of in singleball where it's 4 vs the rest, and they simply cannot offer resistance even if they might want to. Its a much worse sign in singleball to have a wagon without any resistance because then you know the scumteam seems completely fine with the elimination.

I think this is inherently bastard imo. I do not think you should be able to subvert expectations that much and this goes beyond outguess the mod. I'm hoping such a thing is a one-off and not the standard.

Usually there aren't 2 of the same town role.

Frankly I didn't expect someone to do something as stupidly CC a Neighborizor, so T3 is probably one too. I wasn't gonna reveal this part yet but honestly it'll do better not dealing with more baseless accusations from T3.

My 1-shot neighborizor has the WEAK modifier, dummy. I literally just need one night to prove it against someone, unlike you. I didn't want this to be revealed during the day. I was gonna say at the end of today I was neighboring a particular person so when I died it would've been obvious and scum wouldn't know it.

I'm not living past day 3. In fact, I DON'T want to because then someone will use me as an elimination during ELLO. When there's only 9 or 10 people left you all can kill me. Hell, even let a vig shoot me day 2 if you must. Just let me confirm one person tonight. I don't know what T3's modifier he's lying about is, but he's not exactly being honest either.

You all pick who I target. You all garuntee I don't make it to endgame. That's okay. I just actually wanna do something for town instead of be blamed later on in this game.

Why does you having a modifier imply me having one?

Because I've played enough games where parallel roles exist even in mini normals that it's common enough. And there's 2 scumteams. So like you were saying earlier, we can bet on parallels here. We'll know more info day 2.

Plus, modifiers make anything different. In effect a neighborizor with a weak modifier basically makes it like a mini Masonry if I succeed. That's why I only get one shot.

You might have something like Disloyal, for example. A less punishing 2-shot for a less rewarding situation. And obviously you can bet on Roleblockers if you already have 2 of us visiting.

Don't confirm or deny my theory yet. if you have a modifier that helps town, keep it a secret still. Just know that's why I only claimed the one-shot part. I wanted to actually use the modifier effectively.

I'm feeling the same. It's taking literally everything from me to not rally the town to elim Elsa right now. But I got burned to do that in my past game. At the very least, everyone should check in. At most, everyone should have at least interacted with everyone.
