We have this weird babysitter thing, masons, and a voyeur. I don't think that is too much power and doesn't explain the need for a jailkeeper on the scumteam. Especially cause voyeur hardly ever gives super useful results.

I've also played in what I've considered town-sided setups lately so maybe that's clouding things. The mini I just finished had a roaming detective (can't visit same person twice, sees if someone has killed someone), a combined hider bodyguard, a universal backup, and a 1-shot simple vigilante against two goons + complex fruit vendor.
