If he was telling the truth, he would know the alignment of that player already based on the flavor. Unless you believe that scum flavor are going to be the names of formal mathematics operations. That wouldn't make any sense though. The fact that he doesn't know the alignment means that he hasn't totally thought through the information his role gave him, and thus it is a lie.

I was assuming that the scum flavor would be obvious. Like scientific induction, or the monte carlo method. In this case, your role would be improbable, that's why I was claiming that you were lying about your role.

In the last game DGB and I played, town had a strongman finder...and scum had no strongman.

A flavor cop doesn't automatically mean flavor has meaning.

The only reason I FoS A50 is because he was asking for flavor claims as the flavor cop was dying.

All I see is that anything to do with "Derivatives" has some kind of Cop to it.

Note: They were both claimed already by the time I called for the flavour claim.

If I was to believe that the flavour is alignment indicative I'd confirm DGB as Town (as that wasn't already evident by the nom flip), confirm Wheme (that's the player I was informed of their flavour and I do have "flavour" reason to TR them now IF flavour is alignment indicative), put Titus & Italiano as "same alignment" (both are Theorems).

So, unless we think the remaining 2 scums are exactly Titus+Italiano then scum are in Xlos, Jake, Galron & Toog

I'm not sure what you mean? Was it disingenuous when I voted him yesterday, then? The only information change since then has been the flip + my night action, if it exists. Unless I'm missing something.

There are other reasons to scum read you besides your role claim. See 861 for my reasoning. Do you have a more suspicious player in mind? As far as I've analyzed, you are still the worst. I need to look into T3's flip more later but I need to sleep today.

If nom had tried to use his flavorcop and failed, he could have deduced he was blocked.
