Eh never mind, bad joke.
I felt the more people pushed at saber and the more focused down the more I looked the less substance was there and the less I understood them. Using past experience to argue that, actually, a silencer would be better than other roles in a 4 v 10 game was confidence I couldn't even pretend to relate to.

To put it more simply, I just think they're lying about their NP and I'm one of them, eliminate all liars types.
In addition I felt pushing Saber would actually be more productive than pushing Mooncancer who seems largely immune to activity prompts.

I do think it's possible that, that gladiate was meant to buffer foreigner's scum reads while perhaps simultaneously protecting saber/moon cancer.

It might have been unintentional though. I don't really know.

I do think one of the things in favor of saber town is how they claimed more than what they claimed though. There was a sort of urgency to claim.
I couldn't help but feel that they might have been forcing nonchalance though. But that's just me being unsure.

Not an urgency but a mixing of priorities is probably a better word. They didn't really stall their claim. Like bad scum might. They brought it up on their own initiative though I know that they were being voted and pressured. I'm not entirely clear on why it feels that way to me.

Lancer, can you really not interpret how I feel about Saber in 1007? Because otherwise 1314 is a massive misrepresentation of my argument within. 1268 should also provide a context clue in case you really weren't sure. You've similarly reduced that post too as a "reaction" even though you referenced 1195 elsewhere. Wouldn't that be better for your reaction criteria, or was that poor as well?

in a vacuum I’m not sure I’d care as much, but after you basically said you couldn’t decide on how you were reading saber, you still concluded that saber was the best elimination even with moon cancer on the table which doesn’t make much sense to me

Based on Saber + Beast claims, I don't think I'd buy an investigative type claim here regardless, and I don't think a different type of claim can be so town that we'd change what we're doing

I don't have a personal opinion on Moon Cancer, but feel obligated to follow Berserker's 1091. That and I do see the merit in moving this along so we can discuss the next elimination, and I don't think this one is going to change

I don't understand, why do saber and beast claims affect the possibility of an investigative?

Also, our confirmed townie has claimed that they have a passive ability which causes all investigative abilities targeting them to fail -- so, unless that is a red herring, we must have some sort of investigative abilities

1317: Too many roles that fit int he same design space for them all to be telling the truth, in my opinion. And the person I'd first assume was lying would be Moon Cancer.

1319: There are no less than 3 abilities which have already been claimed which Berserker would be immune to. 2 from Saber, 1 from Assassin.

I wouldn't be surprised if there was a decent amount of investigative abilities in this setup. I'm less concerned with whether someone claims one than whether I think the person claiming it is town.

Atalanta was feeling much more chipper after some food. Sadly, not everyone would be in such a pleasant mood.

A fairly organized footrace had started below, and the arena was awash with blurs of color as Servants zoomed by, almost too fast to see.

Then a blur resolved. "Hey, you tripped me!" someone complained. Everything stopped, and the crowd's focus lasered in on Servant Moon Cancer.

"...what? We're here to win, right?" she blinked innocently.

"Not like that! You're one of those 'win by any means' folks, aren't you?"

Servant Moon Cancer sighed and flipped her purple hair back. "Oh, sure, be just a little bit ruthless and everyone's a critic," she said. "I'm not here to make friends." An evil grin sprouted. "I'm here to crush you all, even if I have to reprogram this entire stadium to do it! Young and old, I'll beat them all!"

Atalanta loomed over the railing, a furious flush on her cheeks. "You would hurt children! I'll be taking that Golden Apple back now, thank you, and you can go back to the thrice-damned ether!" she said.

The Golden Apple sailed back to Atalanta, recoiling like a shiny yo-yo. With a wail, BB lost cohesion. "My kouhai powers were supposed to win this for me..."

Atalanta grimaced as BB disappeared. Turning to the rest of the group, she said, "Now, please, do that again. With fewer threats against children this time, eh?"

Having looked at it a bit more, yeah. I think they were

So, it looks to me like the scum chat going from trying to get their master, to accepting defeat to Berserker.
