we've played the exact same game and i would rather die than assume he's flipping red when we have been hand in hand all game pointing out people together which like... to me having the same progressions in a game like this also makes me feel like he's uninformed. he isn't doing this as some performative masterpiece and he's noticed the same things i have about infinity, thought robert was uh... yeah. yeah. and then nakata as well, it just feels like there's too many similarities for him to be faking it and he's done the legwork as well to back it up (that bigass wallpost on daystart of day...2? comes to mind immediately), it doesn't feel like he's jus going through the motions throwing out the reads that'll carry him. also the fact that he's had some of his emotional flailing is something i don't think he'd try to channel into his game as scum given that it would probably look a lot weirder when he's faking it. i've been tricked by tanner before when he's scum but i don't think he's tricking me this game

I'm doubting you in general because I can't off the top of my head remember any strong reasons for thinking you're town like I have with Tweetie/Tanner, so I'm going to need to finish my re-read before I'm ok with this being first one out.

i really think that tanner is town that's my strongest read and i know that like, amy has some doubts but i really think he should be next. it will also give context finally to the criminal thing and since i think he's gonna flip town it should help people recalibrate from the criminal stuff, do mt next after him and then from there hopefully people will have posted enough to have ironed out the final townie who will probably be like you or flea

I’m extremely confident on both you and Pooky and I’m unsure on everyone else. I want to tr Tweetie and she might be town but both flipped scum pushed her, which I would probably see as clearing normally but in this setup it’s concerning.

I will have plenty to say about the VCA tomorrow.

A lot of my theorizing is based on what I’d do here as scum because if there ever was a game where wifom matters, it’s hands down, this one.

I actually did play a game somewhat comparable to this as scum but a lot lot lot less insane.

I read her correctly in Royalty, me v Titus, and Happy Face. I paranoid on her in FL v Hectic. Menagerie doesn’t count because it was my first time playing with her.

like on D1 Tanner was like "we should kill robert" and ydra is like "we should not kill robert" how are they playing the exact same game?

I also want to re-read the first ircher wagon that fizzled because I remember thinking at the time it was weird af we couldnt kill ircher even tho he was sitting there doing literally nothing

by progressions i meant like... the wagons that we ended up on/going for, if that makes sense, like ending up on infinity + robert, even if it took me time to come around to thinking robert was actually scummy and not just limbait; we ended up at the same places, readwise.

i also stand by ircher not playing to his scum meta at all from the experiences i've had with him, even if he was intentionally changing his style

I'm re-reading the D1 Ircher Wagon Initial Progression and it starts from this post:



Tweetie gets the ball rolling by voting for Ircher, flipping top wagon from Nakata(scum) to Ircher(town) - I think this move is very townie and just solidifies her as more town in my book:

Initially I was ready to like spit hot fire at this Flea vote move cuz super oppurtunistic but Flea did say Flea wanted to vote Robert before this vote flip like right before, also its kind of a weird look for Flea/Naka to be voting for Ircher together? I kind of want to talk to Flea about why Flea moved this vote because this is kind of an important part of D1.

I like Datisi's the best because at this point in the game, Datisi is like obssessed with killing Robert so I can see why he'd see this vote as more evidence of Robert being scumbag whereas Clidd/Ydra feel just not great to me? Esp the way Clidd is hard against Ircher who's deliberately not even playing the game at this point?
