i'm not using my action because, assuming skitter is scum, there's no utility in me targeting anyone - a motion detector becomes a cop with only 1 scum left, but if tweet and I target the same person, whoops, the result is meaningless because the motion could have been generated by me or by scum making the kill. there's no reason to proxy actions through me because just directly checking people has fewer moving parts. i don't have a reason to use my night action by itself because i get absolutely no feedback on any action i take, it's only useful in conjunction with a PR like the motion detector or whatever mena is

no, titanic isn't clear, i just visited him in the possibility of clearing him if someone with an investigative targeted me to confirm i visited. but since no one did, action doesn't matter.
