I don't know what it is but some games feel better to read on vibes and some on looking at other things. I mean, at the end of the day I think any reasoning on a slot's towniness comes down to whether the vibe feels like town, but just adding layers of abstraction that are meant to help you figure out that vibe.

This game with this playerlist has felt right to pure vibe rather than use abstractions, and I think I was right about that given my reads on ico/skitter.
