And that’s the reason I prefer Ydra first because it keeps the game stable and extra day but I’m hellbent on having both of them flip back to back because I want us in the strongest position possible.

i don't know what you mean by "keeps the game stable". i'm not trying to keep the game stable, i'm trying to figure out if Flea is for sure scum or not, and it's proved to be impossible as long as Tanner isn't flipped. if fae is scum i don't think that becomes harder to see because Tanner is now flipped. but i do think if fae is town it's more useful.

pedit: i think it's Flea/clidd. you can say it's obviously not Ydrasse so maybe it doesn't matter and you're right, but i don't see the problem with Tanner going first to see what Flea does with that.

also the 15 points is like, "i did think this thing but it's getting very little weight" so even if it's there i don't believe in that world being what's actually happening and want to like... make sure scum doesn't go back if i go first and see i said that and go "oooh look what she was thinking haha what if"

i know it's in my ISO, i have no idea where, but i'm pretty sure i've talked plenty about why i townread you. i don't remember specific reasons off the cuff, i would have to go and look, but the short answer is you've been really town all game, your Robert read/frustration did not look faked, neither does your lategame paranoia, your general angle of play feels very similar to Folly Tanner, and also Pooky townreads you hard and i liked his case so it made me feel overall better about the read.
if you are scum it's like you're making the game harder for yourself on purpose, instead of the much simpler you're town and care too much (you remind me of town Prism) and it makes you crazy and that's pretty easy to see.

i also do feel better going out before tanner because if i’m right this handicaps scum!flea from changing up what fae thinks/being able to engage the game from a new perspective and keeps fae locked where they are so theres less time to do damage control

I would expect fae to push harder against you, since fae has been adamant about Ydra/Clidd being town but I suppose it’s possible fae switches it?

If we have Tweetie/Ydra/Tanner, we get 3/4 townflips, which puts us in a very strong position. So
after Tanner/Ydra flips, we just have to find the townie amongst Clidd/Chara/Flea and rn it’s looking like Flea/Chara to me.

His posting there started to sound pretty fake on an intuitive level that I was pretty sure the slot was scum.

it took me a minute to understand but no i don't think you're stupid. it's me. i'm stupid and bad at communicating

i do think it's better if i go first because (and i'm assuming flea's scum) that means they have less time to recalibrate, BUT tomorrow they can't really... afford to let you go through either, really? because then there's only 1 more flip that we need to win, so in my head it was like "oh my god i need to make sure no one doubts him tomorrow and just lets him go through don't even let anyone talk about anything just GO GO GO".

imo if flea is scum, flea is currently locked into a position where fae /cannot/ break from what fae's doing? it'd be such a weird break at an arbitrary time if it were before you flipped, so flea cannot re-establish faerself with a new narrative until after you're gone which weakens the standing of any partner flea has

flea /could/ be town and then yeah this sucks but also i don't think that flea really is atp, so /shrug

i'm not sure if Flea would switch to pushing me hard or not, but based on faer trajectory today it seems possible. but again i don't really see the big downside.

i said i'd like Tanner flipped to be more sure on Flea. i am pretty sure fae is just scum, but considering Tanner's flip might make Flea more readable i don't think it's a bad thing.

i do TR everyone else. that doesn't mean i'm 100% on Ydrasse town? or even Tanner town, though it's as sure as i probably can be. it's just my best guess and what i think is right. i don't have some solve in my mind, and not being 100% certain Flea is scum doesn't suddenly mean i think Flea isn't scum.
