Well, the host said that exactly 3 people have BTSC. That leaves us and one other person. This implies immediately that you are talking to someone else.

Now, I've never seen a game of mafia where the mafia don't have BTSC, so my thoughts are that you're mafia neighbor, and your other BTSC is with your mafia buddy. This further implies that there is probably a traitor since the mafia chat can only have 2 people in it.
