ok yeah not much has changed for me in that last while.
i'm not impressed with medea. mostly these are things i've already mentioned. i disliked 186 quite a bit. i felt like that was an excuse for them to change the topic away from one that wasn't working for them. also looking at it again now, i feel like there are now multiple different reasons why they can't post reads. pick a lane (or just start solving). 214 bothered me as well.
i know that even if they're scum, they'll get a foothold, probably even with me, given enough time. i guess after witnessing the power of not giving scum the chance to bounce back in my game, i want to be morph even though i'm actually only okay at scumhunting which is sort of a key thing there.
i really expected them to be solving the whole ass game by now. maybe my expectations are wrong.
so, that's why i'm still voting there. it's annoying to me that the pressure has not produced much that interested me. i guess i'd like ffery, medea and/or LLD to interact with me about this and tell me if & why i'm wrong.
other concerns:
lukewarm has felt stuck out in the weeds to me all game. it doesn't remind me of his play in my game, but i could just be making this up. i'm also a little surprised he is scumreading manatee.
spiffeh's confident entrance followed by nothing, however, reminded me of my game a lot.

you are scumreading me, though? that's fine, just making sure i understand since i don't fully see how annie got that from your posts but you seemed to agree with them.
ffery, I have a fairly self centered view on the game states prior to flips.
When someone either scum reads me or has concerns, does it look like genuine concerns (sleez) or do they not (manatee, medea)
And for town reads, do town reads on me feel forced/manufactured, which raises my heckles for pocket attempts (morph last game) or do they make sense (you this game)
Your progression on my slot seemed real to me.
Coupled with my read on bell, plus my read on medea put you pretty high on my list

Peng being there helps...some. To a degree. I've correctly scumread her before and still lost to her, so ehhh. She can say the same of me, but at least in most of our games we shared a town alignment.

I want to see this too, but the comments about working on their hydra play, giving Peng room to work on the game in her style, and eschewing the gambitty stuff all sound like reasonable things a medea hydra would want to do when shaking off 5 years of rust.
I know Cabd isn't putting nearly the effort into figuring me out that I'm putting into the converse, and if it doesn't take a lot of effort to sort me, that's fine. But not putting in the effort AND not townreading me? That bothers me.
i like 487 and 539, though i haven't been mindmelding with sleez myself at all. incidentally, sleez feels a lot like one of those slots that everyone else reads as town and i spend the whole game going why is this town??? and then the game ends and they're town.
there was a good point made by whoever pointed out that manatee's medea/luke reads are weird and her explanation leaves something to be desired. and i guess the whole ":/" vibe is not dissimilar from my game.

If I were scum, I'd have an even bigger cognitive load! Getting past medea AND notsci. AGAIN. And pooky, for that matter.
I was up for it, and I think it would be fun to see what Bell and I could do together as scum, but I'm happy to save that challenge for another game.

I have a quote stripe spoiler that articulated a bit of the issue with manatee. I was townreading her prior to her reads list with a few pings here and there. Her readslist gave Medea a townread because of scummy wagon votes, and the reads on the five people that voted Medea were Town, Town, Null, needs more info, and scum. Really weird disconnect that makes the reads look artificial.
