Look at her approach to me- the short version is she tried to look busy, got called out on it, then misrepped and discredited. Her recent readslist section for me reads like she had a predetermined read and was cherry-picking to fit the read.

I thought it was unfair to say it reminded you of your game as the circumstances are very different.

1. When I replaced into your game I had exactly one opportunity to read and post before having to go V/LA and replace out shortly after. So that is why my entrance there was "followed by nothing".
2. This game had just started and on a weekend no less so it was early to draw a comparison based on me having done nothing.

So basically this comparison sucks

1. i mean i know that but even the catchup you did do, i felt followed this pattern
2. had no idea weekends were an issue for you

Yeah, I don't think I'm getting the initiate experience you have with yourself if that makes sense. You described yourself as a town support player, which makes me think you journal a lot of your thoughts and then post them for others to see. This isn't happening this game and instead I'm only supposed to believe you have Bell to share them with.

I don't do a lot of journaling when I play, except occasionally in night phases as review. I play in the moment and let my thoughts jell in the background until they're ready to dump. "this isn't happening this game"? I disagree. I'm still in data acquisition mode and kinda feeling bad/sad about where I'm scumreading, but I've put plenty of intermediate thoughts into the game so far.

This characterization gives me unpleasant chills. I'm having trouble accepting that you believed what you wrote.

I don't know why you feel bad or sad though. You say you don't want to be AtE'd by someone like Medea then sprinkle in your emotions to this very exchange. I feel you are swayed by them, but you know how to stay objective. That was one trait that was really hard to maneuver against in Fortress, and I'd even say me winning you over was not a matter of you believing my emotions were true, rather you gave up and caved. I could maybe understand if you're worried about that happening again, but the game is far too early to start clenching.

it's been many years since i played with aa9 and it makes me smile to see that she hasn't changed.

she's not an easy read for me and i'm not in a rush to slam dunk her. she doesn't have the charisma of most of this playerlist and i feel she would inevitably come under fire, and probably pretty compelling sounding fire!, in early days this game no matter what her role pm says. i want to see more.
