I have a problem with your post manatee. Not long ago you mentioned my posts were genuine and now you're saying annie vote one was pretty good but yourself didn't vote me.In post 1531, ManateeGal wrote:@Annie
I'd say your AA9 vote is pretty good for right now. I haven't been a huge fan of her so far so I'd like to see how she responds to the pressure of votes. Im ok with your vote as is
I myself am keeping my vote on luke for reasons i outlined in my reread, further ideas will be fleshed out when i finish rereading later.
what is your agenda here? if you strongly believe luke is scum. why not ask annie to vote for luke. How is her vote on was right and your vote on luke is correct when you obviously scum read luke more than me. I don't see any rationale here!
Youre mean as a bull dear! get over it.In post 1563, Annie Edison wrote:I think my favorite part of reading that is she had the audacity to call me mean here and I see her ISO there

It's not a strong reason to hard-townread Rhea, but I do feel like she started the game by intentionally relinquishing some of her strongest tools as a scum player.
It sounds like you disagree with the take although you have her off the table today, too, just based on rep.
@line 2: my belief is that she would have decided to play the game this way before receiving her role pm. if i don't believe that then i have to get into some ethical questions that make me uncomfortable.
If you had decided to play a minimalist approach before a game was rolled and wound up with a scum role, would you stick with it? Why or why not?
I don't choose a playstyle approach in advance because I never stick with them and always fall back into old (bad? maybe, but the generally work for me) habits. I envy people who can easily tailor their playstyle. The kinds of stuff I decide in advance of going into a game are shaped by my role and thoughts on the setup, and by the player list. And they often fall by the wayside due to the way the game unfolds. In post 1372, Medea the Alien wrote:

But Lady Rhea COULD have still gone for the tools. It's very clear as we have literally already proved in this thread that communication with said goddess of Fodlan is quite possible, that she would have had zero issue communicating her intents around the shard mechanic.

NGL I laughed when I found that game as like the second game I checked for notscience-AA9 game crossover. I thought about C&Ping those posts here and see if anyone would notice they were different games.
Notscience, as I mentioned there is a completed AA9 town game. Where two of her three votes placed were on scum (third was on a townie that I'd characterize as an OMGUS vote on her way to being voted out). Large normal 234. She also called out scum-Titus there.
AA9, I would ask you to dive into this game with a wider vision field. Hopefully that's where you're going anyways, but yeah. Talk to me about Lukewarm and expand on ManateeGirl's more recent content.

They're just oil and water. Go read that game (even when notscience says not to) and C&C to this one. I'd like to tell them to just separate corners it for the day completely, but that's not my place. Hence asking AA9 to give opinions elsewhere. I'll point you to her recent completed town game too. (and AA9 is she, not they)In post 2090, Snarky Fishes wrote:Also, the Annie edison read makes me question their level of experience playing mafia. Or if they're just scum who can't see town to save their lives.

this must be coming from ffery. I am sure of it.In post 1569, Snarky Fishes wrote:In my experience, a snarky AA is a town AA.

How is Mantee is town? I have a feeling that you two are scum together. In post 1570, Spiffeh wrote:
Only reads I'm confident in at this point are town reads on Annie Edison and Snarky fishes, probably Manatee at this point tooIn post 1384, Here There Be Dragons wrote: spiffeh, can you remind me what your reads are?
Everyone else has given me mixed signals or hasn't made an impression on me.
unwnd is working his way up recently but I think his current crusade against Snarky fishes is...unnecessary and cannot see what he is seeing there.
Lukewarm has given me no town vibes and his point against Medea about having both himself and Manatee, an unlikely scum team, as scum reads is lazy and felt like he was preemptively trying to discredit their upcoming explanation for their scum read on him which is why I'm currently voting him.
I'm having trouble forming concrete reads so far. I think I'll have a better time listing out players I'm not willing to lim today and PoEing from the remaining list. I could probably do better with a reread but lol that's a lot of effort
This is not true. I actively post a lot as town and as scum. it is not my faction tell. My town games are easy to notice them as i come out strong and honest in my posts. i go head to head to defend who i see as town and as scum, i will not be able to do it openly. In post 2041, Titus wrote:

I agree. I will work on it to bury the negativity. In post 2080, Annie Edison wrote:AA9 I’m not going to get into it but you need to reflect that you gave it as much as you got it.
I am trying and i will, there is lot going on this day phase. i spent my time in defending my slot and proving myself as town. I had a little window to deep scum hunting. i have some strong scum reads at the early phase but they are changing. In post 2087, Medea the Alien wrote:NGL I laughed when I found that game as like the second game I checked for notscience-AA9 game crossover. Luke posts are intriguing to me, i understand others reasons for calling him as scum. i have modded a game where he was a town and i don't see that spark in him in this game. i have a moderate scum read on him. I need to see more before i be sure on my read on him.
As i said, this game gone beyond the weight of a large game. I struggle with day 1 phase due to the volume of posts and they confuse my understanding a little bit. You will see some concrete inputs as game moves into further day phases. In post 2089, Snarky Fishes wrote:Not because I agree with the read (I don't have much of an opinion on Pooky besides that their recent tone has shifted slightly, which I'm not used to).
AA9 is still largely a desert of content. I'm all for tone reads but are they normally this tight lipped? Their field of vision is very narrow.Inatimeofancientgods,warlordsandkings,alandinturmoilcriedoutforahero.ShewasXena,amightyprincessforgedintheheatofbattle.Thepower,thepassion,thedanger.Hercouragewillchangetheworld-Xena Warrior Princess, Coming Soon!!- Annie Edison
