The loyal modifier means that DGB can't be scum unless LQ is scum and vice versa which is really confusing me about how LQ is behaving.

You already said you aren't loyal, so your role (if both claims are real) is way weaker. You just neighborize someone, you won't get confirmation of them being town or scum

Doesn't matter since DGB's shot goes off either way and we can confirm or guilty one person regardless unless Scum can kill more than one person as a NK.

The mod can't tell you if your action succeeded, only if it was received.

I'm not "casting doubt" I'm getting clarification because the way you described it is not how it works. If you knew your action succeeded it goes to a hard guilty instead of a soft guilty (cause the action could have been roleblocked)

Or, DGB clearly was not acting like it knew how its role worked.
