yeah killing is low on the NAR and it shouldn't stop a neighborize if it's adding to the same hood (which by the fact the hood was around from the start is the logical assumption)

Yeah, I think me and DGB CAN actually work together on who to target. I've given DGB some options and they seem to agree with my thought process. We will see. DGB and I can continue to talk about it.

No I mean if you target scum and they aren't added to the hood and you get NK'd there's going to be some mess about it not working because you dead instead of it failing because you targeted scum.

Ok well Mod responded that dying doesn't interfere with actions. So not solid an answer as I was hoping for but basically if you die and you target x they should still be added to the hood unless they're scum.
