This is not my current view on Alice, but as you're catching up:
You can TMI your partner this early by latching on to something insignificant that they did and scumreading them for it.

The context was "our mob" instead of "our mod" - "our" being the operative word. Implies he is a part of the mob, aka the mafia - hence, traitor crumb.

Sounds like there may not be a traitor though, waiting for confirmation from Jolyene.
