We pretty much had everybody full claim, we did the assassin thing, we did the game design solving thing, we did the lukewarm plan thought thing, our reads have vacillated a little throughout the game day.
and of course a bunch of arguing inbetween. I consider this a pretty standard and normal game day of mafia.

Assuming worst case of 6 current demons, scum has a corrupted demon waiting in the wings...

They're exactly one shard short of winning tonight if we kill two humans. Then we lose the next night because we can't kill two scum at once.

Assuming no corrupted scum waiting in wings, they doubleshard tonight to make it 7..... then the next night 8. So yeah actually locking two humans is still game over.
