I didn't think that everyone had a gun when I said that. I was thinking that I would be mostly confirmed if I shot scum, but that probably isn't even true anymore.

9 alive - 1 execution - 4 guns - 1 NK = 3. Assuming one scum gets hit we lose a mis-exe by exeing someone with a gun, because it puts us on evens.

And if one of the gun-holders is scum it doesn't even matter if they live to the night, because like I said it's 4 vs 3 alive.

I'm kinda dubious that you seem to be implying that having a gun is a reason to not flip someone, even now when its been made clear that at least 4 people have one

Not a reason not to flip them at all, just a reason not to flip them until they can use it. It's totally fine to have gun people shoot other gun people.
