It doesn't make sense to execute anyone with a gun today.

I'm kinda dubious that you seem to be implying that having a gun is a reason to not flip someone, even now when its been made clear that at least 4 people have one

Not a reason not to flip them at all, just a reason not to flip them until they can use it. It's totally fine to have gun people shoot other gun people.

Would it be silly to have all the guns shoot each other either in pairs or in a circle? We'd lose up to 4 gunners (less if there are blanks), plus a NK and Elim puts us at 3. We lose if none of the gunners are scum or if scum have a way to protect their gunner, otherwise we go right to final 3 tomorrow

Basically we need to come up with a final 4 and then select our shots to satisfy that plan
The final 4 doesn’t need to be all town, just enough town that we can feel comfortable that final 3 will still be a winning scenario
