FARMING SONG LET'S GO

I am interpreting Cabd's vote in post 2927 as a joke, however let me know if it is not.

With 13 alive it takes 7 to eliminate.
The day will end in (expired on 2021-09-15 16:00:00), or when an elimination is achieved.

How did you read wheme in yggdrasil?
I went back to that game and opened my iso

The first time "Wheme" appears in my iso is post 3145, and the first time I actually talk about him is 3309

And I believe wheme had claimed a role as well
I feel like his posting here is more similar to yggdrasil than to cephgame. And very much not like his recent newbie scum game. There's a dramatic difference in engagement level between his scum and town games.

cephgame, he exceeded his baseline town level of engagement, which makes the read a little bit dicey, but I'm getting similar earnestness vibes to yggdrasil which were missing in cephgame.

That's sort of the thumbnail of our meta dive results.

I didnt do a focused reread of DGB like I'd wanted to because I somehow slept in this morning, but I did reread it in ISO just now and I'm kinda feeling like it's town.

I think I'm gonna vote S_S here. I'm not sold on manatee or LLD being 3rd party or scum at all but I do think DGB is town and I'd like to listen if I'm right about that

VOTE: S_S

DGB is the red herring?
That sums up my whole life but how does this apply to the game state?

Not exactly

It's the timing where as soon as Kate started pushing S_S, multiple people started pushing Kate who weren't doing so before

How do you categorize Wheme as being high engagement here? Do they go full Marci as group scum?

Not even individually. I've never done that. That has never come up as a strategy in any scum PT I've been in, either.

My theory is that no scum is "pushing back" at Kate for pushing S-S.

I do fancy that scum might make up that kind of scenario to seal S_S's fate.

Caveat: I've been burnt defending S_S!scum in Radio Buzz.

I have come to the unsatisfying conclusion that S_S is not a player for which statistical analysis is very valid.

I've been dying to use this (extremely alpha but it's a thing!) tool. And it broke out ALL the data crunching to give me...... "S_S posts slightly longer posts as scum, and talks slightly more about other players directly by name as scum."

I'm not sure that this is what the data shows. It looks like the sample size might be small enough that a few games where he was against the similar players skewed one side of the results.

So, I think your data is mostly a wash...
but
the word "probably" on the scum side stuck out to me, so I searched for it in his iso this game:

Spoiler:
In post 2444, Something_Smart wrote:Well, Titus is flipping town, I don't know the circumstances leading up to that but I can probably guess. LLD seems to be thinking she might not, which I don't really like, but it is LLD so it's not out of the question for her to feel that way. There's also some... concerning speculation about what I thought was a fairly clear rule ("death is final?" meaning that death is final but dead players may continue to interact with the game).
In post 2824, Something_Smart wrote:For what it's worth, I'm doing this on principle, and I was aware that people might not like it. But it actually may be the case that I wouldn't do this as scum-- it would depend on a lot of things, but my scum philosophy is to say as much as I need to get people off my back while keeping my options open, so I probably would have immediately claimed no killing power. (Unless unwnd had noted in the scum PT that he was clearly softing a killing role in which case I would have tried to make that work.)

All you metaheads, this may be something you can actually verify. Not entirely sure if you can or not.

Oh. I mean, I would love it if people kept cases as short as I was asking for (~2 sentences), but I think by your definition of a case, probably not.

So it does. ALPHA after all? Adding that to the "stop words" to be ignored...

Here's this game to compare btw...

I need a bigger baseline for true data comparison (two games each in coney island is what I used for the above) but i was hoping for a divine revelation, blah.
