To put it simply, it's insurance against a bad read lock. For I while I would simply say there was scum in my townblock. Recent cases had me exhibiting the core behavior, despite my townblock scum being nowhere near.

I wouldn't be too dismayed to see this game go like Among Us, but bagging scum today would be a great plus.
