Going in the order which you were sent to Hell, take turns deciding whether or not you wish to sacrifice your life to save another.
Players who are sacrificed for are automatically skipped in the turn order. You cannot sacrifice for one who is already sacrificing.
If no sacrifices are made, and there are multiple town residing in Hell, scum may choose a player to save from Hell.
