If you were scum with Nathann or Save the Dragons, proposing that Coalition would not be game-throwing. Why? Because proposing it doesn't mean it's going to pass.
Officially setting it as yours also would not be game-throwing; same reason.
But - what happens if it starts getting support? Then it gets interesting, and the argument starts gaining some weight.

If you’re town putting two scumreads on it can be a valid strategy.

I put you on it earlier despite my scumread.

I think what matters is if you have a strategy in mind. It’s not so much black and white throwing.

Eg you can be scum with someone off list and hope the coalition fails. You could be town and want focus on those players. Lots of options.

Who are your top two. Mine are now pav and mb. Then my 2nd highest is encant and ssbm. Ferren I think is town.
