Actually Wheme's posting looks like flavor fishing for soup-kills in retrospect. Maybe he knew there was a Mareep in the game? In that case this post is a big woof as well.

House rule - the day your pokemon flavor gets outed you are post restricted for the remainder of the day to just say your pokemon name.

When I was first reading it seemed pro-town to claim the mareep role, generally got good vibes, and then forgot details about him in my page 26 readslist. Idk if he retracted before or after that page, but yeah, I think this is a case of reading really fast and not remembering well enough.

Can you explain both your T3 and Imaginality reads? I think T3 seems really townie and how is Imaginality different here than in OMB?

For imaginality,

I highly doubt scums fake claim are an entire separate Pokémon and not just a new version of actual flavor

If it helps I hated that post which immediately put imaginality in my bottom 3 reads.

imaginality just has seemed like a lot of IIoA with the content being fairly lackluster and not seeming town. I realize that this is what I more or less thought of imaginality IN OMB, which is why imaginality is in 'south of null' rather than 'scum'.

For T3, this is basically giving off MBOS-T3 vibes. T3 just seems to lack a certain spark to him that I usually see from him when he's town. His content looks town, but it also rings empty--it doesn't have a passion, a flare, a fire, to it, ringing hollow. He feels like he's going through the motions rather than believing things. He's just not showing the things I expect him to show when he's town. He's hitting basic T3 things, but he's not hitting any T3 TOWN things.

it really just depends on my level of. engagement with the game

Also her post reads disingenuous to me. If she really trusts Mastina who has my slot at “permanent locktown”, then having our slot as a no yeet today doesn’t sound like she’s trusting Mastina at all, so I find that to be incongruous. Either she’s trusting Mastina’s read on me or she isn’t. This readslist looks like she intends to push me tomorrow while blatantly pocketing Mastina. If Woolax’s entrance wasn’t so abysmal, I’d totally consider switching back to Kyouku.

Well mastina and you both seem to be playing eerily similar to OMB and mastina was right on you there, so I'm going to listen this time as it would've worked out better last time if I'd listened. From the get go.

As for Gamma, I think when he's forcing things he has a tell, so this is uninformed Gamma. There's no 3P either so uninformed=town

tbh I only focused on the part about myself but I really didn't like what I saw from him. However I've vibed more with his posting since then which is why I'm not jumping to it immediately. I kind of want to talk this out in real time with you after I hear back from STD, if you're cool with that.

If anything, thoughts on the BrainCell and Gypyx wagons would be great skrew.

I'm gonna reiterate up front that my top priority right now is getting to Night, so I'm willing to hop on most wagons regardless.

The Gypyx wagon was because he pointed out that mastina did the thing she said scum would also do, right? And meta stuff? I don't really care about either. Like yeah scum could jump on that mastina thing but I'm gonna need more than that to be convinced, and meta isn't it. My #1 thought on that wagon is that I hated the way imaginality hopped onto it.

The BrainCell wagon was because... what? Words vs content? Mech spec? I don't care. It's possible I missed/forgot more compelling reasoning. Unfortunately I didn't really absorb anything ssbm_Kyouko has said because my eyes were glazing over as I got to the home stretch of the catchup

What doesn’t make much sense to me is that Skrew right at the beginning of the game made this incredible fuss about us and Alendrite signing all of our posts, which read townie. However, he never followed that up by commenting on any of our heads nor Alexandrite’s, which I think is kind’ve weird. You would expect a player who cares so much about accurately parsing the different hydra heads to actually follow through on that but I have seen no attempt from him to attempt to weigh in on any of those hydra heads or any real sorting whatsoever.

You seem to be conflating two different things here. Being able to tell which signature means which person is a quality of life/convenience thing. I have no interest in parsing heads individually. You're one slot. Maybe someone that does want to parse you separately will find it easier thanks to my yelling about it, and then I can yell at them too for reading heads separately.

My glee at the prospect of a chowchow readslist list has nothing to do with the Bell vote, I just want to see more meming from them. It’s probably my favourite thing about this game - their posts.
