firing at each other makes the most sense to make that happen
the only other world I can see where that'd be certain is the one I theorized about in response to dwlee where they both have free reign but if a shooter doesn't kill the opponent they're guaranteed to die after the event (if first shooter kills the second, the second can't fire, otherwise the second either kills the first, or kills a second person outside of it and makes it so both duelists die)

The second nominee is always positioned second on the vote count.

If a player has three votes, then goes down to one, tying them with another player with one, then the player who had originally reached three will be nominated.

If two players both have three votes at end of day, and they were never higher than three, then the one who reached three first would be nominated. This is what I mean by seniority.

I believed that plurality+seniority covers the second rule, but perhaps not all moderators do it this way.

If a player A has 7 votes, drops down to 3, and player B gets 3, then player A would be second place.

However, if player B then rises to 4, then goes back down to 3, that would make the player B the new second place.

It's a game of passing. You only rise above another player if you receive more votes than them. If no one rises above anyone, then the oldest wagon is by default at the top.

I hope this clarifies. This is how all of my votecounts function unless otherwise noted. If my rules do not convey this well, I will update them in the future.

My votecounts always convey wagon priority from top to bottom, so you can always be sure of who is being eliminated by looking at the top.

okay, so, for dunn

i think the reasons for scumreading him are related to disengagement and one post about gamma that pooky scumread. and i don't think that's very solid.

yes i've been ranting and raving about killing the not towny people, theones who aren't solving the game

but the thing is, even if he's not engaged or super active, he has reads that he's putting out when he feels they're warranted. his posts have a bite to them that suggest these are legitimate opinions. i don't think he's playing to look presentable or go under the radar, he's just kind of saying stuff he feels strongly about while staying silent on the rest.

is that super solid locktown stuff? no, but i don't have him as my first choice for a vote today
