Subliminal Messaging Mafia


In order to use their abilities at night, players must sneak certain phrases into their posts.

Like this:

I would love to play that. Unfortunately I am not very good at scum hunting so I am not sure I would be able to. I imagine the town would look at each post to investigate. Lord Gurgi, that is an excellent idea.

RAPTURE MAFIA


Citizens of Rapture
: Win if Atlas and all Atlas sympathizers are dead. Lose if Jack wins.
- Andrew Ryan: Cop
- Citizen: Townie

Death shield versus Atlas attacks; Jack's vigilante kill ignores the death shield because he has a ton of proximity mines and electric shotgun shells. - Little Sister: Town, technically, but Bad Stuff happens if all them are killed. Starts knowing all other Little Sisters.

Jack
: Wins if Atlas and Andrew Ryan are dead. Loses if all Little Sisters are dead.
- Jack: Vigilante. Scrys as innocent. If he kills a Little Sister, he loses his "appears as innocent to investigations" status. If Atlas sends Jack the trigger phrase, Jack's win conditions are changed to those of the Atlas Sympathizers.

Plasmids!

In a manner not entirely unlike private roles, players will be issued Plasmids entirely at random. What they do will be enumerated upon at a later date, but suffice to say that players can in fact do stuff with them. If all Little Sisters are killed, the resulting loss of ADAM production results in all players losing their Plasmid abilities (if the last Little Sister is lynched, they lose them before night roles; if they're killed by Atlas, they lose them after night roles but just before the next day). Yes, I know it didn't work that way in the game. Shut up.


This could probably use some more work, but the idea is there.

Now that I successfully modded two mini games. Would people be interested in a large theme game of Family Guy?
I'm also thinking not just family guy, but having all of Fox's Sunday line up in a large theme game.
So it would have:

King of the Hill
Family Guy
Simpsons
American Dad

actually I tend to avoid theme games with novel & exploitable mechanics because I got tired of being accused (by people I respect) of breaking the "spirit" of mafia.

I actually meant they become a power role.

e.g.

1 has Cc
2 also has Cc

1 and 2 give birth to 3 who has a 1 in 4 chance of being a cop (2 big Cs) 2 in 4 chance of carrying the genes, and a 1 in 4 chance of not carrying that gene.

Another e.g.

1 carries Cc and Dd (Cop and Doc)
2 carries Cc and Dd also

3 could get (not all possibilities just a few
cc and dd (1/16) (No powers no carry)
Cc and dd (1/8) (carries cop no doc)
Cc and Dd (1/4) (carries both)
CC and DD (1/16) (a cop and doc)

The mafia start with just 1 member, and over time it will grow.

Unbalanced and has logic as well as mafia.

You have to look back at parents roles etc. and no-one knows which genes they have until they die[/code]

I had a crazy idea.

What if you take a simple 12 player setup (basic 12 player, etc.) and made it so that each role was played by 2 people. Everyone knew who the pairs were, and each pair of players shared a vote, role, and were lynched/killed together. The pairs could talk anytime they wanted to, but mafia (or masons) would talk at night like usual.

I'd call it "Siamese Twin Mafia". Ask if you have any confusions,

Fyi: Claiming Drawn Together Mafia. Next mini mafia in the works. This is many months away. (about 3 to 4 months) Sex, drugs, nudity and racial comments. Don't play if you are easily offended.
