norwee's behavior at one point felt very reminiscent of how he got in ELo of Gensokyo (touhou upick)

I'm not saying it's the exact same, but it's the same sort of response to pressure, I'm thinking. Only issue is I don't really have a good sample of Norwee!scum meta, the only thing that I think could be relevant is ODM and idk whether norwee was under similar pressure there
