Imo Pooky is more likely town than not.

He claimed "i will explode Enchant". Clemency claims we are team, but it's totally dumb (really, will mafia explode on other mafia? Because if Pooky will use any reasoning to "not" explode on me, it's blatant deadaway we are partners). Pooky!Maf never agree to explode on Me!Maf without real reason.

If Pooky is mafia, he literally forces hand to explode (and he is one of smartests persons in lobby. Dumb sacrifice for mafia team! And unneeded, because Pooky is unlikely to get elimmed as statistic says).

when i began trying to lay out the things i wanted to have happen day two it was when i was still trying to figure out how to play around the setup and i assumed day would end soon since it happened to in the last two games of this
now that things are more unsure and unclear scum wants two things
-to end day one with a town kill
-to make day two as unorganised as possible
the best move for me would have been to not say anything about day two actions at all, but i didn't realize that until i'd already gone into that
from there, the best possible move is to have as concise a plan as possible, which was that

which exactly why scum would want to obfuscate a clear course of action as much as possible
A50 is saying he wants to explode too because A50 is just a not_mafia who talks more but beyond that "memes lol" is the perfect cover for scum to do whatever the hell they want this game

just taking note: i think innocent villager and charlemagne are kind of playing the game similarly, in a way that should give me equity to scumread the other if i am scumreading one. in particular both of them (i think) have been poking around for novel wagons, analyzing a lot, and gently engaging towards collective action. these are things that i think enable one to push strongly towards a mafia wincondition or more specifically just this goal of surviving d1 (note that this isn't a particularly powerful reason i have for scumreading charlemagne). anyway, i don't scumread innocent villager, i rather townread him actually. i think that as mafia innocentvillager has to be playing like very "brilliantly" and "swimmingly" which is just less likely to happen. i'm just leaving this pin for myself as it feels like there's a ridiculously large amount of games that proceed to an endgame where it turns out somebody like iv was mafia and simply constantly creating brilliant outcomes for mafia. maybe this was a long way of saying "maybe iv is deepwolfing" which is like a kind of obvious and also not-very-useful thing i dunno. maybe i would say something like iv is aligning very comfortably with my model of what a deepwolf would look like, but is still probably town. moreover i'm just placing down some things that are on my mind right now so people can do the thing where they read it and Evaluate whether or not i am Town based on such thoughts.

maybe another piece: i've been thinking a lot about "skill determination" in games lately (i.e. how often you can expect a stronger player to win) and this setup just feels like one where endgames are generally tricky and weird to play and a particularly strong mafia player would be needed to win 'comfortably', maybe with the exception of the fact that the setup is mafsided if the games continues after d1. its hard to do solving based on this principle, i will probably spend plenty of time idly thinking about it

strangematter, can you give me your opinions on the current major wagons?

Of course. There's your wagon, which petered out with very little discussion I feel going around with it, and then there's the Clemency wagon which feels kind of similar in that pressure is exerted in only votes (with just trying to eliminate them) when there's likely questions and prodding that probably is useful but it seems to me like people assume they're scum without going any further.

In short I don't like either wagon, and definitely want to look into that more.
