I think Jolyne is town for this. They did a very similar thing in Purgatory when they townslipped but then admitted they didn't read the setup to make them have a higher chance of townslipping and this is reminding me of that.

"Didn't read the setup" townslip is very dangerous as it is easy too fake.

Good early vigilance (though I will admit, doesn't exactly mesh with her toxic defense later...?)

I think one of the few posts that pinged me as sus earlier is Alice’s: "T3 is being voted a lot, is there an meta reason for that?" post.

Trying to make better wagons happen, that's a town move imo, scum would tend to be indifferent to some degree (town can be too but I'm saying being picky about wagons is a towntell, that doesn't mean vice versa)

Not much yet. My belief is that people like norwegianboyee you caught in a later stage of the game as they are not doing many mistakes early. Nevertheless, I think in this game he is in "solving" attitude much earlier, so I would say a slight town-lean.

this feels like a very long-term-minded approach to norwee, which I think is town-indicative because scum would want to keep options open.

The past 13 pages are exhausting. If I were Val and scum in this situation, I'd be giving some better replies, though. Town is looking for an excuse to lim him and the chip on the shoulder attitude might just be it. I think scum Val would realize this and not be so standoffish.

I think the interactions between DArby and NorwegianboyEE are much more interesting, but can't quite pin a read either way on the two yet.

That's not quite valid. You assume that as Town he would not try to get out of bad situation. Of course you may say there is more Townies than Mafia (more spare parts ), but still it doesn't mean that a one would just give up.

It's not Val post what you should look at.
Also it is not clear for me what DArby's alignment is, but there are better options for today.

I would be happy here, too, to be honest.

I want to be clear, though, that I haven't changed my mind on Norwee. I am a pragmatist however, and recognise a fair bit of D1 bandwidth has been sucked up exploring that issue, and we are better off leaving it now and coming back to it.

If we don't get the results we want out of moving onto to T3 or settling on Toxic, however, and I think that will be cause to reexamine all the assumptions we have been making about who deserves to be in that townblock.

Apologies for my activity sins. I completely understand why I'm getting wagon'd for that. But, that doesn't make the wagon on me any less opportunistic. There was a specific post of Norwee's (I think the one or two right before my vote) that jumped out as super scummy to me. I will go back and quote when not on mobile. Definitely my top ping at the moment. More since then (possibly from someone else, I can't keep all y'alls animals avatars straight in my mind) trying to explain my logic for my vote using information that had not even happened as of the time of my vote was also super wrong and scummy.
