@mod, what happens if no votes are made and the deadline occurs, or if everyone agrees to stay after 5 have crossed?

The unnominated player who had the most votes before votes were reset would be nominated.

As in, the player who had the second-most votes in the previous phase would be nominated.

If there is no player with second-most votes, I would take into account the player who last had a vote (and then was unvoted).

If there is nothing else, scum decides.
