alright well I don't know if I played this as effectively as I could have, probably if I wasn't out of town last weekend and we had a longer day phase I could have done more but now with fewer than 3 days to go I don't want to delay a lot further. I was hoping to get more in terms of a response from a few players like Wis/Ceph but I don't want to keep withholding.

I have hard info to claim, I am a tracker and last night I tracked Galron to both Whemestar and Skybird. I believe this explains both the Wheme NK and Skybird's claim to lost gold, it is why I am so certain Galron is scum, and I think it's also effectively an inno result on Skybird once we have a scum!Galron flip.

Also, I've been thinking about it and I'm not sure I completely buy the argument that Juliet was scum. It's based on the idea that town!Juliet would have addressed the fact that she didn't flip in her last will. I agree it's weird she didn't address that, but in a similar vein, why wouldn't a scum!Juliet mention it either? I think there could exist worlds where Juliet is town and genuinely didn't think she needed to reaffirm her claim despite her not flipping.

This is understandable. Scum could just janitor the N1 flip by default.

I still am in favor of Juliet scum, but that doesn't mean it's certain. We should still look at both scenarios. I admit that's hard for me though in terms of mafia. I usually deal in given, provable facts rather than investigating. That's why I find it easier to defend people than to push scum.

I'm never a fan of this argument - they are not trying to look town so they must be town. There are so many assumptions baked into the take.

Do you actually think he's town or do you just not get scum vibes?

For what it's worth, this is not an argument for Galron being town, just me not having Galron as a top scumread.

Obviously circumstances are a little different now though.

I'm on the same vibe with you. It's a little MORE than not a guilty, but less than a guilty. Hitting 2 targets in one night is not possible for almost all roles, and Ffery is the type who has multitasking cooked in for all scum roles.

So it's completely possible Galron is a scum robber+performed the kill. However, he could be something else. Low percentage, compared to the evidence, but since no one appears to want to wait for the evidence, it's a little confusing.

Was this a just-now thing or something from last night? Either way whoever did it is def scum as tying a scumread slot (Galron) to a townread slot (Icebox) is a scum move, I was scum in Hanahaki Disease where they scum factional was to do the exact action of creating a lover pair and the play was p much always “tie town/towny player to scum/scummy player”
Also I don’t wanna speak for marci too much but I feel like she has avoided pushing Galron harder because I’ve been staunchly against it but clearly I fucking suck at reading him if he’s scum here because this’d be the second time a guilty has prevented me from really fudging things up with TRing Galron (though I can actually put my finger on why I TR Galron so I wouldn’t call a town flip out of the realm of possibility)

This is also pretty reasonable, though I feel like unless a scum janitor-like role flips I have to distrust her at least a little

I can’t speak for anyone else but l was ignoring him after the poison doctor crumb. Spiffy said he was scum at daystart though.

Regardless of role, I have trouble reconciling that with his reaction to the poison claim and not targetting the poisoned person.

I'm not a poison doc. I was just pointing out that usually there's a way to remedy that. No one's going to design a game where someone is poisoned out of the gate w/out an opportunity at getting cured.
