I asked for lurkscum Dunn to compare, because in my experience I saw town dunn with 28 posts day 1 in Guardians, and then I saw town dunn with 14 posts in day 1 of Divide and Conquer. And my only scum!dunn game he had like 150 posts day 1 (isekai)

So, I am not sure that I am convinced that him being lurky day 1 is a scum indicator for him

The fact that so many players are jumping through hoops to justify keeping a 95% guilty player alive is embarrassing and reminds me why I don’t play mafia anymore.

also it's not just D1 that dunnstral plays lurky as scum, it's a thing that happens for the whole game, and it's not even rlly tied to post count, because there've been scumgames where he's been caught out for having scummy activity pattern despite being semi-active
And despite dunnstral iirc breaking meta for isekai, when he was guiltied he immediately lapsed into his typical lurkscum meta

You know what Spiffeh? I'm tired of being talked down to by people.

I am a better mafia player than you point blank and I am advocating for this half measure plan. Because it's optimally correct and forces scum into the most interesting positions.

Because it forces people to take stances pro/con galron instead of it being a clean sweep

because it means we get to find scum interactions that aren't just hopeless bussing and death, if Galron is scum. And if he's town, we get utility.

There is NO GOOD REASON to be against the play that WISDOM and I BOTH AGREE ON.

That is 2 very good players who rarely agree, agreeing. That should tell you something.

If you're tired of people playing optimally and looking for cool angles, I don't know what to tell you, but don't pretend this is some kind of "people are playing mafia poorly."
