I'm curious as to why you think they are town halfway in - especially A50.

Same reason as Enchant, honestly.

I can try. A50 and Enchant stand out to me as players that play the game less “seriously” then others but I think would still try to play their roles. Skimming through their arguments feels like natural reactions to the game. A50 specifically played similar to this in Squid Game with me and came out as town iirc.

Skitter is definitely a strong player - I'm just paranoid here because they are good at snowing me and when they are town I feel I get a certain vibe from their play that I am not getting here.

My opinion fwiw (if it's worth anything at all): The Ico/D'Arby slot is TOWN. No way BOTH TR me here if this was a scum slot. I should be LHF (at least theoretically) and they didn't get to "talk to each other" so that the former passes the latter "the strategy" they were following.

Take it with a grain of slat, a twist of lemon, and in one shot.

I'm saying it's not really a reliable tell, some people just are upset they rep into a scummy town slot and can't undo the damage

And some people blame the person they replaced for poor play in order to attempt to wipe the slate clean and start over as if the slot is brand new. It's not a sure fire tell in my opinion but it has merit.

@sleepless, could i get you to explain your current view of this game? doesn't have to be long. a lot of your posts feel kinda, idk, i feel like my eyes are glazing over a lot of them.

Like, I don't remember that game particularly well but my main recollection was that I burned out pretty hard what with obvtown mastina's deathtunnel on me and it tilted me for a couple of games. I don't think it was a particularly high effort game on my end. Could be the frustration coloring my memory though. I have been struggling to put as much effort into games as I want to overall since around that time though. No idea if that's actually translating into how/how often I post.

IDK, I guess I just picked up this is how he plays. He's got some years on the site, so if it was actually a departure from his playstyle, seems like people would have jumped all over it....and they were not. I guess it is a context read.

I spent, what did you say 28 pages?, trying for Iconeum and was getting nothing. A Gamma wagon seemed more productive than continuing to waste my breath on what was turning out more and more to be a vanity Vote.

I mean, first, IDK if I'd call your play here "trying" to get an ICO yeet. I'll go back at somepoint and read your ISO to see how hard you were pushing, but it doesn't stand out in my mind as a concentrated push. As far as Gamma, again, we are talking about 12 hours you had your vote there. That's not exactly trying something new before going back to the same wagon you were on before.
