doug this was to them. the only reason i didnt give them my certain reads was because i gave them a recently on that page earlier as well as responding in a way where they should have known my reads.

this post feels awkward to me. why the subtle aggressiveness to defend taly there especially when taly themselves havent said anything in response?

It's not a defense of Taly. It's a policy thing with me. It's like when people don't use post tags regularly when the refer to a past post. It would be super simple to say "Taly I did that a page ago" rather than say "read my ISO" when they're not going to come across your reads until the end of the 400-post ISO. You could just say, I just did this or look back yourself and link to it.

And as for Jjh? The logic-mindmeld is very strong and their responses to me have been on-point and that somehow is what makes me fearful.

When I read jjh, I feel like I understand why most people are paranoid upon townreading me because there is a sense of competence that overshadows a concrete motive.

Like, how is he so candid with townlocking majority of the playerlist - it can't just be because he wants to race to solve the game first? How does he have the best answer to Gypy'x IC claim but 180'd from pushing them while he somewhat spiraled with a carousel hypothesis for mech? Why doesn't he second-think the fact that our scumreads are largely consensus - or does he see value in rethinking?

He just seems confident and I don't know if it's powertown or informed and I really, really want to figure out sooner than later.

I have discarded paranoia. If something I think now ends up appearing to be incorrect with information we get later down the line then I just adjust. It isn't worth second guessing myself

2. I suspect that NK15's role is a dreaming god or something similar and his disappearance in day 1 is a result of that. Dreaming gods tend to have mixed utility

Scum utility is that you cannot be elimed in day 1 as I just said.

To expand on the second point, dreaming gods don't necessarily line up with clearly sided utility. They can include net neutral things, and things that are pro-town, and things that are pro-scum, and all three of those as a single role of either alignment.

So we're clear on this, I am not making the case that NK15 is scum by role. It just is possible.

I mean, it can definitely be a town/pro-town role IF IMPLEMENTED AND UTILIZED PROPERLY
