Roden salsa TvT makes me feel better about Darby. No reason for scum to lend weight to a new wagon when there’s dueling wagons on not your team.

Was anyone cheerleading the roden salsa fight?

We were fighting? I dipped from the game for a couple days, came back, saw Salsa was a leading wagon and voted her just to see what would happen. I think I only interacted with her once before that, way back during RVS. We had competing wagons technically but that was purely from outside influences.

Also what so you mean about Darby "lending weight" to a new wagon? He quick hammered Salsa. Since I'm now conftown, don't you think it's possible that he's scum who thought he could get me mis-elim'd if Salsa flipped town and gain town credit if she flipped scum? And what makes you certain none of the competing wagons were on his team? LQ's alignment isn't confirmed and I'm still certain he's scum.

Also I kinda feel bad that I'm the only conftown now even though I've been absent for most of the game. I was hoping A50 would target someone who was leading the discussion so town could know whether or not they could be trusted. I'll start rereading the thread but probably skip most of my argument with LQ since I'm confident he's just scum at this point, unless every single leading wagon was on town and he actually did just majorly misread me.

There were wagons on Roden and Salsa. We know that neither Roden nor Salsa is your buddy, so scum you doesn't have any skin in the game and either of those going through is fine. Roden and Salsa tried to start a CW together on LQ and you joined that. If LQ is scum, you're probably not scum with him because why would you jump ship to join a wagon on a buddy that may derail the free mislims on Not-A-Buddy. If LQ isn't your buddy, why do you jump ship from a town wagon on Roden to join a wagon Roden is pushing along with the other biggest suspect? I'm not a rocket surgeon, but that doesn't seem like the kind of thing scum thinks they get towncred from and you had no reason not to just stay the course at the time.

Not a "Oh shit this is never scum", but enough of a reason to think you're town that you're not in my murderbasket.

i think basically everyone's established this, but to be explicit so that nobody suggests anything daft later (and also to get auro's thoughts): pavowski's town. there was literally no reason for him to signal for a kill on guiltylion, guiltylion was townreading him all day; and the observation that scum would be too paranoid to make that sort of comment if not as an intentional signal rings pretty true. while start-of-day speculation on the night targets was a pretty bad idea, i think it makes a lot more sense from "townie with weird hang-ups about night" than "scum who went straight for the same speculation that had him under suspicion day one".

i wouldnt dismiss this possibility lol. like, the literal majority of the playerlist (myself adamantly included) believed that both you and salsa were likely scum, day one was lowkey a bit of a clusterfuck.
