I think the ONLY way this would fail is if Dwlee is a scum roaming doctor or Enchant's role is scum? Otherwise it should be 2/2 in Osuka/Geraint.

Ok you're right. I checked the wiki.

here is no indication of the target's alignment; if a Mafia Goon or Vanilla Townie is investigated, they return "Vanilla".

So A50 isn't confirmed town, just either vanilla town or goon.

2- This isn't even how a Follower should receive their result. They should only receive "Investigative action" and not the exact action (when they are following a Doctor or a BG they can't tell the difference because both perform "protective actions")

And to verify this:
