I'd put Catboi with SS. I feel this is a very solid pairing because I TRed Cabd early. I feel Catboi can be a bit forward while SS can be more reserved. They both are active and can play off each other.

Why did you TR Cabd? I don't see any mention of that in your ISO. And do you have any read on what S_S has posted?

RH9 I would put with Alyssa. These are both slots I waffle on and I hope their dichotomy would help me see which way to go.

I'd put Galron with EE. Galron seemed to have a plan when wanting to propose to LLD given he retracted it right away. EE can do some planning and I hope that EE could find holes in his thinking. Galron might be off the box enough to catch EE if he is scum.

I think forgetting that you just paired EE also feels like the whole thing is more likely to be fake. like I think the cognitive load of scum having to lie about their reads on all the slots makes messing up and double pairing more likely than if you're town who's genuinely working through each slot thinking about who is remaining after you decide on a pair.

I got nothing against you RH9! and actually I have enjoyed your one or two moments of sass. I don't really feel super comfortable about a read on you either way, you're vaguely townish by POE other people being scummier and I have felt better about you being consistently Present and getting more directly involved as the game goes on, but I haven't yet seen posts that stands out in a way that gives me unshakably good feelings about your alignment

I'd pair with ya if it makes sense with the rest of the gamestate (read: it results in S_S being flipped), and I don't think it'd be that bad cause if I'm terribly wrong on my scumreads then you and I would be necessary flips before endgame, but I'm not like chomping at the bit to do it, ya feel?

Especially if Datisi wants to dance with me after all, I wanna save the spot for him

I went back to read through a couple parts of starry night and felt bad all over again for how disheartened Isis was when she played as well as she did but couldn't win anyways because there was one TvT pairing that became obvious town post-intermission

I think marci has moved into being pretty clearly town from her recent posts, not sure if people are skipping them or what but I feel like that ought to be acknowledged more.

i do like marci's walls, though i am a bit worried because she's not interacting much elsewhere? like, i'm projecting a bit here but scum!me loves doing walls bc it gives me time to plan shit out while in-the-moment sorting is much more difficult to fake and also mentally draining. and i don't see marci like, doing much other than those walls so

granted, the content in the walls feels solid, and i know some people just have a playstyle of walls, so i'll probably revisit this when the time comes - i modded two marci towngames, you'd *think* i'd be somewhat aware of her general playstyle by now but uhhh. i'll recheck those games at some point.

I think it’s another popping up awful argument from the conveyour belt of bullshit that is forcefeeding me in this game. Just more circumstances i cannot control. I don’t know what Titus is doing because we’re not alligned. I just know she did something weird and probably must have a bit of an derpy memory. That’s all i can say. If you want to continue pushing this line that’s fine, but i will respect you less for it. And probably question your motives stronger than i have previously.

let me know if you have any questions. not sure where you're getting the idea that i'd pair with a partner. one of the strengths of my scumgame is pocketing individual people, i'd be wasted in a s-s pair - but i know you don't know that, so generally, what is the logic behind two scum players pairing together? especially someone like me, who a lot of people are saying want to endgame, and lld, who a lot of people are saying they DON'T want to endgame?

i have a few reasons for this. the first one is that i did like what he posted while i was alseep. i don't feel like elaborating too much right now (i have some other things to do in my life) but if it's needed i will.

second is that i was dead serious when i said that my lizard brain goes wack when i see the purple pt colour. i once had a scum pt be longer than the main game. i will absolutely be utilizing the everliving shit out of it. and the thing with guiltylion? i know he's a tryhard. if he's town, i *know* he will have a similar approach to the pt like me. so, if he's scum, he either has to seriously break out of his scumrange to keep up with me, both in the main thread and in the pt, or die.

i would be okay with pairing with alyssa too. i don't have too much faith in being able to reverse a potentially wrong townread on her later in the game, but i like what she's posting enough now that i feel fine sweeping that under the carpet and hoping it doesn't come to it.

I'm just going to pout in the corner. I know there's three other scum but I hate one of my biggest townreads pairing with guiltylion. This increases the chance a townread sits out. I'm not about to attack Datisi in an attempt to trick GL so he sits out. That's just ridiculously unlikely and would do more harm than good.

It looks like I'll have to pick off his partners and wait for Datisi to see what I see. There's nothing there but the mere output of words because that gets GL townread.

Tldr: Damn it. Why couldn't you talk to me Datisi?

@Taly, unless GL succinctly posts content, then you'll not find me townreading him. Town!GL talks about the whole game with lots of citations when he's verbose. There's nothing to back up what he says.

@Datisi, I don't care if you feel I'm "agenda-y". Everyone has an agenda. For instance, Galron had an agenda for wanting LLD and then wanting to revoke. marcistar showed a bit of her colors by wanting to pair with LLD. Adante has an agenda by suggesting EE sit out. Taly's demonstrated an agenda to get his townreads to agree with each other. Townhunting and scumhunting is about finding agendas. Someone like GL is scummy when they hide their OMGUS agenda behind a wall of pointless words.

The fact that certain slots are impossible to determine their agenda (mala and lily) makes me ok with them sitting out. Is it preferred? Obviously not.

If you don't know what my current agenda is (protect, prosecute, or confused), that's when you shouldn't be able to sort me. I always have a game plan when invested.

So tldr: I have an agenda. My goal is to get rid of scum. I really wish you could retract that.

I'm treating this vote as it is elo in a way. This vote today is the only chance to get scum without possibly sacrificing town.

Let's say Adante is GL's partner, we have to sacrifice Firebringer to get Adante.

Scum pairing with scum is possible but I feel it's unlikely and suboptimal from their perspective. Therefore, town should tunnel our SR lady and force scummy gentlemen to pair with SR ladies after the scummiest.

Right now, we need EE and arguably Alyssa paired.
