So when I flip town and you go into tomorrow, what's gonna happen? ABR is going to dominate the game again. He'll still be the guy that lied throughout day one and claimed two different roles today. I still don't see the case against me being enough to get me this close to being lynched, when most of the votes on me looked like this:

However, the CML case has far more votes, and isn't bad at all. It's a good case, and far better than a No Lynch.

People have liked the case against me for the past ten pages but I had to look pretty hard to actually find it. It looks like a bandwagon pushed by scum (based on very little) and hopped on by lazy townies who would rather lynch a random vanilla than ABR. ABR has been acting in a fashion that hasn't helped the town throughout the game and he's lied a hell of a lot. That should be enough to get him lynched over a claimed vanilla.

First off, Jessi sounds a lot like a safe claim.

Cid is a hard claim.

Second, Xtoxm claimed cop as town. I have done the same.

Third, I claimed the ability of a tracker but mixed up the name and said watcher instead. It doesn't say that I'm a tracker in my role pm. It just says I follow players and see who they target, and hence the mix-up.

Fourth, I still have abilities to help the town whereas CallMeLiam is useless to us at night. It doesn't matter if I lied because the proof is in the pudding that townies lie.

Fifth, I think there's a strong chance CarnCarn may be gambitting to save his scummy partner CallMeLiam.

Xtoxm was a confirmed liar and I forced a lynch on him for it. Are you going to make the same mistake, but without the same responsibility on your shoulders? Here's the issue. The more I think about it, the more the only thing I feel makes ABR look guilty is the tracker/watcher flip. Either one of those should be a provable, where as CML..... so many issues.

I'll give him one night to prove that his role is that. And it should be obvious who his target is.

Who was instrumental in helping Avalanche [well, Neo-Avalanche, I guess] in the Temple of the Ancients, and who's controller became the leader of what was effectively the UN Peace Force in Dirge of Cerberus... so there's not really much in that statement... apart from yet more suspicion on you for picking and choosing what facts to throw in.

I'm happy with my vote, and I believe the Jessie claim, to an extent.

I don't trust ABR. Already said I don't. I do buy the tracker/watcher mixup though. I'm not sure what to think of him not being dead when, according to CarnCarn, he should be, but I'm sure we'll figure that out down the line. If he's lying about being a tracker, I'm pretty sure we'll figure that out, too.

CallMeLiam has, to be frank, been acting scummier than ABR. Not more anti-town, mind you, because ABR excels at being anti-town, but scummier.

In a small way, yes, before making up for it by becoming a spy for Avalanche inside ShinRa, not to mention sacrificing himself to get the black materia, making sure Marlene was safe for Barret and evacuating Midgar before Meteor could do too much damage.

Honestly ABR, don't go down that road lol.

Almost all the characters have a dodgy past in that way - Cid used to be a ShinRa pilot, Vincent was once a turk, Cloud was in the ShinRa army, Aeris dated a guy from Soldier, Red XIII was a science experiment recovered from ShinRa.

This is all a bit pointless actually, and I'm getting carried away. You've escaped lynching AGAIN, and if CML flips town I hope you don't make it through the night.

Aeris' "boyfriend" and Cloud's best friend and role model was KILLED by Shinra, RedXIII was IMPRISONED by Shinra and rescued by the party, Cid has major beef wit Shinra because they wouldn't restart the airship program, and Vincent was almost killed by Shinra too.

What about Cait Sith? He has NOTHING against Shinra. NADA.

Should I go on and on? Yuffie's homeland was destroyed by Shinra, Barret and Tifa are rebels and branded as terrorists by Shinra...you see ALL the main characters have conflict with Shinra whereas Cait Sith does NOT.
