VOTE: Norwee/Marcistar

- Norwee's explanation for which Prism posts were obvtown was severely lacking
- Norwee's townread on HQ is pockety
- Norwee dodging Taly's offer to dance was weird
- Norwee/marcistar aren't talking about each other much for slots that weren't very firm on each other when they paired
- feeling anxious about S_S/Galron being a T-T pair after all makes me wanna vote elsewhere
- sheeping Datisi

I kinda gut think marci is town but I'm not so confident in it that I don't want to vote here for that reason

and I think I need some real flips or at least wagons to make any real progress. I just said this to Datisi in our PT but I don't get a sense that I've been actively working against scum in this game and that freaks me out and makes me want to vote a weaker scumread, rather than people I've previously been focused on

also I don't know if I made this clear but I think Galron's 3291 is a super townie post, the third paragraph kinda resolves a ton of what I didn't like about his play and I totally buy his reasoning on having different experience previously with LLD

what would you need to know before pairing with a conftown slot?

like, you said it was risky, but I feel if you're town the only risk is you don't get shot and then you have to make sure Taly doesn't paranoia leave
which might be difficult sometimes but if you're town you should have confidence that you can do it? or at least be willing to try?

like I don't think it would be "instantly" accepting because there had already been a bit of discussion about it prior and some time had passed. framing it as "instant" feels off

the more I think about it the more I think I need to stop focusing for now on what people are saying, cause that's not giving me useful info, and focus more on what people are doing / have done

Taly said he's confident he can catch scum Norwee, proposed to Norwee, and Norwee avoided it and accepted the first alternate proposal that came up

It's also not unreasonable to think town!Norwee has no problem accepting a Taly proposal there, even using Norwee's own words

Therefore it feels more likely that scum!Norwee didn't want to pair with the IC

this feels like a better case than most of anything else going on right now

Your frustration isn't about people disagreeing with a read you have. You aren't throwing your neck out for your reads even when you are suspected. You're not doing anything that would risk your position more than it already is at.

is irrelevant because painting her vote as scum is of higher importance than addressing it.

If you're town, you should focus on telling the plist why they're mislead and not spit venom because they aren't voting how you want.
