I mean if you're scum!LLD and town!marci proposes to you, do you want to accept that pairing? Marci is pretty high on the "likely to be limmed" list and LLD is scum I would think has good odds of going deep

I also don't really know what LLD's read on marci is. if town!LLD townreads marci, why not pair with marci? if town!LLD scumreads marci, why not pair with marci and volunteer to be limmed/leave? that's what I would do

also, I just don't feel like it's all that likely that both are town given the number of my other townreads and my sense of the gamestate at the moment. if they are then I'm definitely suckered somewhere, but again, don't see why town!LLD can't accept a marci proposal and it's not like she's expressed a strong interest in any other people that she particularly wants to pair with

Like while this reasoning isn’t terrible, LLD is an extremely strong player who’s chances at endgaming (irrespective of alignment but especially as town) are through the roof.

If I’m scum here, I probably want my buddy paired with her, so I could see that as a possibility but to say it’s an actual scumclaim is really kind of whack.

Could well be. I think he should probably be able to tell I’m town by now. Only thing that makes me hesitant is that he’s townlocking Shiro and pushing me and if he wanted to get us elimed today, that would seem counterintuitive but both gl and him aren’t reacessing anything.

what exactly is the benefit to scum!GL for saying not accepting marci's claim is a scumclaim

I'm not using this to push Titus at all, I have said she's one of my strongest TRs

what I felt was that LLD/marci were likely unaligned and there was good odds of scum in the two. which was proven correct. you are picking up on that I was trying to force them together, but the reason was because I was suspicious of both of them. Just because there exists also a decent explanation for why I would force them together as scum (to get rid of a town!LLD) does not mean forcing them together is something I would only do as scum. at best it's NAI

and I feel like it should be obvious I had no idea what marci's alignment was by like... the entirety of my ISO, but that's another story I guess
