Hey Taly, here's my thoughts on your questions/replies to me. Before digging too deep into this I want to make my position clear that I think Alyssa is probably town, like I don't have super solid reasons to think she is scum, it's just I don't townread her nearly enough to want her to endgame or think she's locktown. And the thing that makes me suspect her the most is that I don't understand her townread on RH9 and I don't really believe that she intends to leave the dance or let herself be limmd. I know she's

All I was originally saying is that I don't think Alyssa pairing with a hypothetical scum!RH9 means she is necessarily town. In that world, if catboi is town, he is a threatening player and I could imagine her not wanting to have to deal with him in a PT.

Again, the context for my stance is just like - if we had a magic oracle tell us RH9 is scum, I don't think that fact alone would make me clear Alyssa. I'm not trying to say she's scum for pairing with RH9, I'm saying there's a world where RH9 is the most preferable option to pair with than anybody remaining once it got to the point where she needed to pair.

But for her to carry RH9 to endgame is the complete opposite mentality she's mentioned by never being an endgame pair this game... Are you saying most of her posting about how we should think about pairing is conducive to scum or benefits her exclusively?

I don't really believe she fully intends to never be an endgame pair, that's the disconnect here. Though I did like when we kinda both agreed to let S_S/Galron be an endgame pair at the same time (5457 and 5458) - honestly that sequence made me feel quite a bit better about her.

RH9 was not the first person I initially suspected after Marci/Norwe's flip, I guess this is relatively trivial, but I don't have reason to think Alyssa is protecting RH9. I can understand your scumread of RH9 but factoring my above assessment of that slot, I can't tell if you're doing this to grow the elimination pool. I think this might be an unfair assessment from me especially if we just disagree, but while I see your POV of Aly-scum, there's plenty, plenty more I can bring up about a townread on them since they have used their understanding of my mind to help orient me to this game. Plus, your points other than this one are a pretty different interpretation of Alyssa than mine and in a game full of townreading and town shitting on each other, it's these nuances in narrative building that give me pause.

The "Alyssa protecting RH9" vibe I got was in pages 170-175ish range. I had RH9 in my POE limpool and she said my reads were "bizarre" (4233), despite agreeing with me on a majority of my townreads. I started grilling her on why RH9 is town and she said "GL is just scum lol" (4285), which feels tonally quite different from most of her stances/opinions this game. She got really discredit-y and dismissive towards me and I fundamentally could not grok why RH9 was not in her suspect pool considering both
a) she said she doesn't want to endgame
and
b) I don't really know why she has RH9 town.

I believe I made it pretty explicitly clear that the reason that was bizarre was because other than Andante, everyone else in your bottom two are both sides of two specific pairs.

That explicitly means that unless you think one of them is SvS, then Andante is scum

and then you never gave any strong reason for me to believe that you actually took that into account

I have, and I did a more expansive response above.

It's apparent that this game its hard to push anything that why we have the stalemate that's why nobody has leaved.

The push on me was opportunistic, easy and nobody would bad an eye, add the suspicion on Harley and that made it an optimal path for scum.

You are IC and I personally townread fire, that left Ydrasse and Datisi for potential scum as well as GL who never voted but was pushing us.
