how am I deep in a hole? you've called me town all game, all cause of ATE? like, that's not even an actual reason to TR someone. Have you seen all the emotion related posts this game? Like, I know I haven't been crazy towny, but I do think I've had towny moments, and if you TRed one of them, ok I might buy it, but I don't feel like I'm a legit TR here, it's like "yeah I TRed ATE, thus you're town!" and I haven't even asked why you flipped your fire read yet... like, "oh if I TR the 2 pushing for me, I'll be TRed" yeah no, doesn't work that way

hat leaves me with essentially no ground to stand on unless I try to brute force my way through (which is the type of thing that has worked so well this game so far), with a broken town that is more than likely never going to be able to properly sort in an endgame scenario, and with me in a state where I can't do it for them

so I don't know what exactly I'm supposed to do, because from here all I see is that even if my reads are basically spot on, I can't actually verify them or rally town enough by myself to actually push them through

like it's frankly getting very old how easily it is to hide how easy it is for scum to slam through a kill on the pairing of one of the only people in this town capable of actually pulling people together, or shading pairs that are more likely than not TvT pairings, and just defending each other while the chaos just keeps reigning over the thread. Everyone is so far up their own ass that I don't think it's possible for this town to be saved anymore without something really drastic happening, and I don't have the willpower to do it myself

so basically this gamestate is fucked, I have no clue how to fix it, and I don't know if this town is savable at this stage in the first place

This is it's own form of AtE, a more intellectual type, that I dislike because it comes across as deviously manipulative. I don't completely disagree with some of the sentiment, but the way it's expressed, Alyssa, seems beneath you.

but I still believe that the gamestate is in a really shitty spot and that 90+% of the cause is that there are way too many players in this game that both believe they are in a TvT pair and that they should endgame
